Service / AI & Automation

Email automation that follows up properly, every time, without anyone remembering.

We design and build the email sequences that run your customer lifecycle: welcome, nurture, quote follow-up, post-purchase and re-engagement — with the deliverability setup that gets them delivered.

01 / What this is

The sequence matters less than whether it arrives

Most email automation projects fail for one of two reasons. Either nobody mapped what should be sent to whom and when, so the sequences contradict each other — or the technical setup was skipped and everything lands in spam.

We handle both. The content side is a lifecycle map: every trigger a contact can hit, what they receive, how long the gap is, and what stops the sequence when they reply or buy. The technical side is authentication, list hygiene and sending reputation.

This is deliberately not a content-marketing retainer. We build the machine and write the sequence copy; if you want ongoing campaign sending afterwards, your team can run it or we quote that separately.

Good signs this service fits

  • Quotes go out and nobody chases them
  • You collect email addresses but send nothing automatic
  • Your open rates dropped and you do not know why
  • The same onboarding email is sent by hand every time
  • Contacts receive two sequences at once and notice

02 / Problems it solves

What Email Automation usually fixes

Follow-up

Quotes get chased without anyone remembering

A timed sequence follows every quote, stops the moment the client replies, and flags the ones who went quiet.

Deliverability

Mail reaches inboxes, not spam folders

SPF, DKIM and DMARC configured, sending domain warmed, and bounced or inactive contacts removed on a schedule.

Consistency

Every new customer gets the same good start

Onboarding runs identically whether someone signs up on a Tuesday morning or over a holiday weekend.

03 / Deliverables

What you actually receive

We build inside your own email platform so you keep the list, the templates and the data. Platform choice depends on your list size and what you already pay for.

If your sending domain has never been authenticated, that work comes first — sequences are worthless if they do not arrive.

Included in a standard engagement

  • A lifecycle map of every trigger, sequence and exit condition
  • Built sequences with written copy for each email
  • Responsive email templates matched to your brand
  • SPF, DKIM and DMARC authentication configured and verified
  • List hygiene rules: bounces, unsubscribes, inactive contacts
  • Reporting view for opens, clicks, replies and conversions
  • Handover documentation so your team can edit copy without us

04 / How it works

From first call to finished work

The ASOLZ six-phase process, applied to this service. Each stage ends with something you can review.

Full process

  1. STEP 01

    Lifecycle mapping

We list every way a contact enters your list and what should happen next for each one.

  2. STEP 02

    Deliverability audit

We check your domain authentication, sending history and list quality before building anything.

  3. STEP 03

    Copy and template

Sequence copy written for each step, in your voice, with one clear action per email.

  4. STEP 04

    Build and test

Sequences built, sent to seed inboxes across major providers, and checked for rendering and placement.

  5. STEP 05

    Launch and review

Live on a small segment first, then full rollout once placement and reply rates look right.

06 / FAQ

Questions about Email Automation

Which email platform do you use?

Whichever suits your list size, budget and existing stack — we are not tied to one vendor and we do not take platform commissions. We recommend one in the proposal and explain the monthly cost at your subscriber count.

Can you guarantee our emails reach the inbox?

No, and nobody honestly can — placement depends on recipient behaviour and provider rules. What we can do is configure authentication correctly, keep the list clean, and monitor placement, which is what separates reliable senders from the rest.

Do you write the email copy?

Yes, for the sequences in scope, and you review every email before it goes live. Ongoing campaign copy after launch is a separate arrangement.

What about GDPR and consent?

We build consent capture and unsubscribe handling into the flows, and will not set up purchased or scraped lists. Your specific legal obligations depend on where your contacts are.

Which follow-up is not happening?

Tell us the one email nobody has time to send. That is usually where this pays for itself first.
