Presentations that carry the argument, not just the brand colours.

We build investor decks, sales decks and training presentations: narrative structured first, designed to a reusable master, and delivered editable so your team can update a number without coming back to us.

01 / What this is

Structure first, slides second

Most weak decks are not design failures, they are argument failures: thirty slides where the point arrives on slide nineteen. So we start with the narrative — what this deck must make the audience believe, in what order, and what the single next action is.

Then design. A proper slide master, a type scale that survives being projected badly, charts that are readable from the back of a room, and consistent spacing so the deck feels like one document rather than a collection.

AI accelerates the middle: drafting variants, restructuring sections, generating supporting imagery. It does not decide the argument and it does not get the last word on layout. The combination is what makes a well-designed deck affordable at this scale.

Good signs this service fits

  • Your deck has grown slide by slide and lost its shape
  • You are raising and need something investors take seriously
  • Every salesperson uses their own version
  • Training material is dense text nobody retains
  • You need the deck editable in-house afterwards

02 / Problems it solves

What AI Presentations & PowerPoint Design usually fixes

Clarity

The point lands early, not on slide nineteen

Narrative restructured so each slide makes one argument and the deck builds to a single clear action.

Credibility

A deck that matches the size of the ask

Consistent typography, spacing and data presentation, so the design never undercuts the content.

Reuse

Your team can update it without us

Delivered on a proper slide master in editable format, with guidance on keeping it consistent.

03 / Deliverables

What you actually receive

Delivered in the format your team actually uses — PowerPoint, Google Slides or Keynote — with a working master rather than a flattened export.

Where the deck contains data, we will ask for the source. We do not design charts from numbers we cannot trace.

Included in a standard engagement

  • A written narrative outline approved before design starts
  • Designed slide deck in your chosen editable format
  • Reusable slide master with defined layouts
  • Charts and data visualisations built from your source data
  • Supporting imagery, icons and diagrams
  • An appendix of backup slides for likely questions
  • Speaker notes where the deck will be presented live
  • A one-page guide to extending the deck consistently

04 / How it works

From first call to finished work

The ASOLZ six-phase process, applied to this service. Each stage ends with something you can review.

Full process

  1. STEP 01

    Brief and audience

Who sees this, what they must believe afterwards, and what they should do next.

  2. STEP 02

    Narrative outline

Slide-by-slide argument in plain text, agreed with you before any design work begins.

  3. STEP 03

    Design direction

Two or three key slides designed so you can approve the look before the full deck is built.

  4. STEP 04

    Full build

Every slide built on the master, with charts from your real data and consistent spacing throughout.

  5. STEP 05

    Revision and handover

Agreed revision rounds, then the editable master plus the guide to extending it.

06 / FAQ

Questions about AI Presentations & PowerPoint Design

Will I be able to edit the deck myself?

Yes. You get a working slide master in your chosen format, not a flattened PDF or a pile of images. We include a short guide on adding slides without breaking the system.

Do you write the content?

We structure the narrative and write or tighten the slide copy, working from your material and a briefing call. You approve the outline before design starts, so you are never surprised by the argument.

Can you work from our existing deck?

Usually that is the faster route. We restructure what works, cut what does not, and redesign to a proper master — often cheaper than starting blank.

How many slides should an investor deck be?

Ten to fifteen for the deck you send, with an appendix for detail. The constraint helps: it forces you to decide what the argument actually is rather than including everything.

Send us the deck you are not happy with.

We will tell you whether it needs restructuring, redesigning, or both — and what that costs.
